The Kellogg Board Fellows is a rigorous, 20-month program that connects 50 top Kellogg students to Chicago-area nonprofits for a distinct opportunity in board service. Nonprofit organizations submit applications seeking board of director based project support while also providing mentorship to the student fellow. These fellows serve as ex-officio board members while simultaneously completing two courses in board governance at Kellogg. Ms. Callaway selected Gateway to Learning because of her background in healthcare and strategic consulting as well as her interest in supporting adults with intellectual challenges and developmental disabilities.

Ms. Callaway will be mentored on the Gateway to Learning Board of Directors by Ted McDougal, advisor at Westmeath Global Communications. She will be working on special projects for the organization and social enterprise.
